With the stated objective of serving our clients with translations and other linguistics modalities in all areas, in 2005 a group of audiovisual translators who had worked as a team since 1997 founded in Caracas Sociedad Civil Traduplus Servicios Lingüísticos. Our vocation as audiovisual translators increasingly lead us to this type of translation, so in order to expand our market, in 2012 we created International Audiovisual Translations LLC in Miami, (http://interavt.tv). Later, in 2014, we created Traduplus Audiovisual, C.A. in Caracas, which would take over the original company that had completed its initial mission.

We have about 65 freelance translators and proofreaders, some of whom continue in Venezuela and others emigrated to other countries. Our production in the first semester of 2019 is about 7,000 minutes per month, with expansion capacity.

The team of translators is constantly renewed after a demanding selection process that begins, in 90% of cases, in the Universidad Central de Venezuela classrooms, where Luis Roberts, who is the president of our company, teaches an Audiovisual Translation course. This course is the only one existing in Venezuela and one of the few in all Latin America.

Since our beginnings, we have collaborated - and continue to collaborate - directly with television channels or through vendors, such as HBO, Cinemax, Sony, AXN, Warner, Discovery Channel, History Channel, Lifetime, E! Entertainment Television, DirecTV, HolaTV, Venevisión Plus, The Kitchen, etc.
